Apology 1
-
We find that it is difficult to book a hotel in Kagoshima city on
22 November 2015.
The reason is probably another congress in Kagoshima held in
22-23 November 2015:
the 48th Pharmaccutical Association Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmacctial Science.
So we plan to start our workshop in the afternoon of
23 November 2015.
We suggest people who want to join us to come Kagoshima in
the morning of the 23rd November.
There are seven morning flights from Haneda (Tokyo),
six morning flights from Itami (Osaka),
two morning flights from each of Narita and Chubu (Nagoya).
We apologize any inconvenience caused by this change.
Apology 2
-
As you probably know, Kagoshima city is 10 km west from
Sakurajima,
the active volcano.
On 1 September 2015,
Japan Meteorological Agency has lowered
the alert level from level 4 (evacuation preparation), which was announced on 15 August 2015,
to
level 3 (do not approach the volcano).
JMA has observed no more uplift of the ground after 17 August,
and
they consider no new magma intrusion from the deep in
the basement of Minamidake.
So JMA says that the situation is as usual volcanic activity
which has been also observed long time in Sakurajima.
After our conference, we have
-
THE 3rd FRANCO - JAPANESE - VIETNAMESE SYMPOSIUM ON SINGULARITIES
